Starting with #6 in the listing provided by @Aeacus go the applicable manufacturer's website and read the monitor's User Guide/Manual.

Pay attention to the fine print and all caveats. Then read the relevant FAQs and Forums for both what is said and what is not said.

Then move on to product reviews. Hopefully you will be able to narrow the list down to one or two monitors suitable for your requirements.

And be able to find a nearby seller.

Way to big, would be fine for console and far away but PC idk. Samsung tho have nice deal with their 4k g7, a free m2 990pro 2tb.
