Need motherboard+processor help

So I am looking for a new motherboard processor combo, however i am a little low on cash and would like to leave the budget max $200, i currently have the msi 870A-G54, and the AMD Athlon II X4 and it can no longer fit to what I am doing. I also need ram included in that budget. I do video editing for school, and heavy gaming. My graphics card is the Gigabyte Geforce GTX 660.

So here's what I found. It's not great, but it will do to start. If you could up the budget to $300, you could expand your options greatly and get a much better experience. You really would be better off with 16GB of ram for video editing, but I could only fit 8GB in your budget.

rwoody has a pretty good suggestion, however, if you want to upgrade the CPU in the future, i would recommend jumping the gun to Intel, if you won't upgrade, then stick with FX - 6300.

If you want to go with Intel (which I would recommend) here is a build in the $300 range. It gets you into the Haswell chip, which you could upgrade into an i7 pretty easily if you wanted to. And 16GB of memory, yay!
