Need new graphic card!

Hi guys, today I have another question, and as title says, I need new graphic.
So that graphic card must be PCI ofcourse, and that fits to the 220W PSU, so guys what do u think? Im thinking about 512mb with 128bits but idk will that fit to my PSU, ofcourse I need older graphic card.. Im not looking for HIGH END PC, im fine with mine, just I wanna better graphic then this one, and yea Im just playing old games like COD2 - COD4...
So I dont need better graphic than 512mb, so whats ur suggestion?
MY PC SPECS:
C2D E8400 3.0
4GB RAM 800MHz
250HDD WD
and graphic card - Ati radeon HD 3450 512mb - 64bits..

There aren't really a lot of cards that can run on that PSU as far as I know. I would suggest upgrading both your PSU and GPU.

I mean I have Dell Optiplex 760 as I've said and as u know thats SFF case, so I dont know is there any PSU that can fit to my case, and I really love my case, small and practical that idk what to do..
I was thinking like buy psu like 500W, i think its enough and put it beyond case, above case, anyway fit it up, and connect the cables, but Im afraid of power, I mean lots of stuffs can happend so IDK what to do xd
But I think ill get new PSU and GPU.. I just need new graphic card like 512mb or myb 1gb with 128bits, just to fix my framerate..
