Need new graphics card that's good for gaming!!

As long as the mobo has a PCIEx16 slot (preferably 2.0) it should work fine,

PCIE slots are longer than the old PCI slots and usually have a plastic retainer at the end.It should be at the top of the mobo slots.If your PC is pre-PCIE it will have a short VGA slot.I think that was shorter than the regular PCI slots.I just looked and you have a long PCIE slot just below the really short one.I have an old HD4850 that should be setup the same and it would work.
