So I really don't want to spend a lot of money right now but I need a better computer. I'm currently running an ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe motherboard with an EVGA e-GeForce 8800GT on Windows 7 and it's not working as well as I'd like it to. So I am finding a lot of craigslist deals but I don't know enough about computer hardware to tell if they are good enough deals to jump on. Would you guys mind helping me?

Intel i7 4770k + EVGA Z87 Stinger ($455) (If I got this, I would likely sell the mobo since it's a mini-ITX)

Sorry there are so many dang ads to sort through. I just really want to make sure I get hardware for a price I can actually afford.
