[SOLVED] Need Opinion

First of all, I know a little about PC stuff. But when it comes to electricy things like PSU, I'm not sure since I have no experience about it. So, I need to find a new PSU to replace the old one (very old more than 8 years maybe, and they come with case).

I have very limited budget, and the PSU I found is Digital Alliance 400W 80+ Bronze. They already have 80plus certificated, and they are certified by another company name from Chinese : https://www.digitalalliance.co.id/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/400W-80-Bronze.pdf .

They already certified, so it's must be good enough ( I guess ?).
The system is :
i5-2400 (95W)
Dell OEM Radeon R5-240 (50W)
1 x 2,5 HDD + 1 x 3,5 HDD

Thanks.

No good. It's and old design...

No good. It's and old design. Most of the power is on the minor rails. The +12volt that you need for your system is only 240 watts, not 400. You should pass on this junk.

Yeah that the PSU. They are not good ? Even for this old system ?

You need to understand more regarding the importance of the PSU and it's rating. A bronze unit is usually cheaper and of poor quality. It is arguably the most important piece of hardware and the lifeblood of your system.
Don't go cheap and the Digital Alliance 400W 80+ Bronze is in my opinion a piece of crap and reviews also indicate this.
