RAM: 1x8GB DDR3 1866MHz

bad power supply, single channel ram speed, fairly weak cpu

if you are looking to buy a gaming computer, then do not settle for anything less than an i5 setup

i don't have budget for i5, for example i can get FX8300+Gigabyte GA-970-D3SP for 239$, i5 4460 alone without MBo cost 227$... How many performance can you get from 2x4GB RAM as opposed to 1x8GB RAM? Why is bad PSU?

You won't see much difference between 2x4 and 1x8 in RAM. 2x4 is better though, and usually cheaper so you should go for it. PSU is bad, because it is not reliable. It may not offer stable power outcome for all the components, and may fail if used for long periods of time in row. A reliable PSU for example: XFX 650W XTR Black Edition. If you want to stay AMD, go for 8320 instead of 8300, it is slightly better (if it is not too much expensive)

what country do you live in?

That psu is bad because it's components are bad, FSP is really hit and miss. Some good some terrible.

That is most likely not a true 600w unit, it would probably blow up if you tried to get that wattage out of it.

You want tier 1 or 2 power supply model from this list:
