[SOLVED] Need opinions regarding my first ever budget build

Budget 500 euros ( Valorant, csgo, Warzone, Metro exodus, GTAV ... Programming (mostly 1080p gaming) )

i planned to have the ryzen 3 3300x (131€) but it has been out of stock. which leads me a couple weird options :
ram : 8*2 3200mhz Gskill (54€)
storage : 500GB ssd (44€)
PSU: 450 80+ bronze (40€)
now here i have these combos for cpu+gpu+motherboard that i need help with :
1/-3100 (OC intentions) (95€) + B550M asrock pro4 (100€) + palit gtx 1650S (152€)
2/- 2600x (129€) + B450M asrock pro4(70€) + palit gtx 1650S
3/- 3100 (OC) + B450M asrock pro4 + palit gtx 1660 (178€)
PS(original combo was 3300x+ gtx 1650s+ b450)
another PS(upgradability is why i slapped the 550M in there)
any opinions on what's best ? should i wait for 3300x to be back in stock ? anywhere else i could invest the money in ?

Most important part of the build is the power supply. What's the brand and model of the power supply you intend to use? 40€ is about $48 USD and I don't know of any models in that price range worth buying.

That power supply is for a home office computer. It's not made for the demands of a gaming system. You need to get something better than that. If you want a Corsair model do not go any lower than the 'CX' series.

No. If you want to select your own use this list and choose from tier A or B for good models but do not go below tier C.

A psu is a long term investment.
Look for a tier 1/2 unit, no less than 3.

Can you buy a i3-10100 for your budget.
It is a very good gaming competitior to the 3300x

Yes, that should be fine, but you don't really need 750 watts for your system with upgrades. Also, the price seems really low. You're not looking at a used model are you?

it only states that the delivery date should be between 19-24 of november

I think the unit you linked is not the tier1 unit.
Tier1 would be the aorus version.
Usually if the price is too good to be true, it is.
I would expect a top quality psu to cost perhaps twice that.
