Need Opinions With First PC Build for Gaming/3D Modeling

Build must remain as small in size as possible.

For gaming, I aim to play Fallout 4 with mods and games like Battlegrounds smoothly on at least near max settings. I don't plan to OC

For 3D modeling I will be using blender. Also I might do some 3D animation.

Budget max is $800.This is what was recommended to me so far.

I Want to know if this build checks out with my needs, or if there are other components that would be far more effective for the money?

Also, would I be able to fit a wifi card or would I have to get some type of usb adapter?

If you want a potent but small build, Mini-ITX form-factor is your friend. But, by way of performance, this is a nice build. Of course, I'd suggest a gold-rated PSU, EVGA's PSUs are usually simple and no problem kinds of PSUs, but you get the assurance of having a standard and graded PSU with no afterthought. And, secondly, even with a MATX case, you should be able to put a wifi card in the PCIe x1 slot just below the PCIe X16 where you'll put your GPU. Should be fine.
