Need prime95 & temperature monitoring.

I need prime95 and some temperature monitoring software on my linux 3.5.1 ( i would use windows but my HDD that was previously on AMD setup doesnt like my current intel setup (BSOD windows login screen).

and i would like to test my temperatures when stress testing.

P.S. I cant use linux/ubuntu for sh**, i have no idea what to do D:.

help please.

Why do you want to stress test? Its should only be done to test an overclock.

I would use windows, but cant re-install yet.

Has your mobo got (UEFI) software that works with Ubuntu?

You'll need a basic understanding of how to use Linux. If you haven't got that then overclocking and stress-testing your computer is likely to lead to tears before bedtime. I'd suggest that you learn how to use your OS before trying to push your computer to its limits.

I have the windows 7 ISO file, and i need to extract/burn it to an USB stick, how to do it?
Rest i know after that.

Copy the Windows 7 ISO file onto your drive and then run the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool. Then simply install Windows 7 onto your computer directly from your USB or DVD drive.
