Hey guys. I would love to hear some opinions on these two boards, as I am upgrading to an Intel i5-4690k. My previous build used an ASRock ATX board. Is there a specific disadvantage to getting a mATX board versus an ATX? I am also not planning to use SLI with this build. Links to the two boards below:

Solution
The first is a B85 motherboard, so it will not overclock that cpu very well at'all, as well as not supporting functions like Sata-E, Next Gen Broadwell, and less PCI Lanes. (The Z97X does not have these disadvantages, i have used it in the past, and its bios is solid)

Solution
1. A M-ATX motherboard will perform just as well and will fit in a smaller case.
They will not have good spacing for dual graphics cards, but that is no issue for you.

2. With a "K" cpu, you will want a motherboard with a Z97 chipset so you can overclock.

As to individual brands, they are all good. Only if you will be seeking record level overclocks would a high priced enthusiast board be good.
