Need Quick Help

Going to be ordering a PC in like an hour and half!

There are 2 PC's at the same price which have same RAM Etc but they have Different CPU's and GPU's. I would like help chosing:

PC 1:
i5-6500k
Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB

PC 2:
i5-6402p
Nvidia GTX 1070 8GB

well, if you are using it mainly for gaming, get the 1070. Huge performance boost over the 1060.

Adding a couple hundred Mhz cpu speed wont have an effect in that many games and will be minuscule compared to the performance gain from the better GPU

Depends on what you intend to do with the system, but personally, I'd go for CPU power over GPU power and go with PC1.

Wait 2-3 weeks till the Z270 series drops and then the price of Z170 boards will tumble and take the 6600k down a notch. In addition, the 1080Ti will also knock down the price of the 1080 and 1070
