Need reccomendations: GTX 650 ti BOOST or GTX 750 ti?

I'm going to upgrade my vga and ram this month. I'm gonna upgrade my ram to 8gb from 4gb. But I'm still confused. Should I buy GTX 650 ti BOOST or GTX 750 ti? I know 650 ti has a higher memory bus. But is that really has a performance impact in gaming?
Btw my current rig:
Intel core i3 540 @3.06 GHz
Ram 1x4GB
Vga Asus ENGT440 1GB DDR3

Newer always the better, I suppose. I've seen some benchmarks of the new 750 Ti and IMO 750 TI is a way to go.

The 650 ti boost is the better card in terms of performance. I would only suggest buying the 750 ti if you have less than a 450w power supply.

Here's one of many reviews for the 750 ti. In pretty much all the benchmarks the 650 ti boost beats the 750 ti.
