This is my first build. I dont know much about hardware. I will use this pc for gaming(new as well as old. new like watch dogs, Assassins creed unity,Black flag and old ones assassins creed 2,NFS hot pursuit etc.you will get the idea ).I have picked out processor, gpu and ram. will you recommend mobo, power supply, case and a monitor (moderate budget).
Cpu ; intel i5 4670k (i will use hyper 212 evo cooler)
Gpu ;ZOTAC GeForce GTX 970 4GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI-E SLI Ready
Ram ; G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Also tell me that what is difference between this gpu variants of evga,gigabyte,inno3d and msi.which is better?
my total budget is roundabout 150000 PKR (1500 USD) .I live in Pakistan.
p.s is my pc future proof?

Solution
Oh absolutely. The Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 3 motherboard supports future upgrades like SLI and Crossfire, along with LGA1150 socket i7 support, and overclocks decently. The Hyper 212 EVO can OC an i5 easily, and on that motherboard, even better.

Hey . just recently i saw some posts about faults in gtx 970 that when you use more than 3-3.5 gb vram serious drop in performance occurs.is this legit? Or not and will i use this much vram?

I've done some research now and it seems that problem only arises at high texture settings and anti aliasing when huge amount of data needs to be processed. Only then vram usage exceeds 3.5 gb. So i guess I'm okay since i will be using 1080p and i can always notch down settings a little.
Btw thanks for all help.

Okay now I've made my final decision. Here are my specs.
Cpu : intel i5 4670k
Gpu : msi gtx 970 twinfrozer v
Ram :g skill ripjaws series 8 gb (2x4gb) ram ddr3 1600
Cooler : cooler master hyper 212 evo.
Mobo : gigabyte z97x gaming 3.
Psu : crosair cs 550 80+ gold semi modular.
Case : thermaltake chaser a31 midtower case.
Monitor : asus VE-247h
How does it look.?
I changed from zotac gpu to msi because price difference is low and msi is lot better IMO.
