Question Need rgb case fan recommendations

Hello everyone, I’m building a PC in the Darkflash DLM21 and would like rgb fans in my case. I know this case doesn’t provide the best airflow, so I want 3 intake fans (2 front one top) and two exhaust fans (one top one back) I want rgb fans that have 2 rings on them so I can see the lights whether they are I take or exhaust. My budget is $30. I’m fine buying from Newegg but I prefer amazon. I need 120mm with either 2 rgb rings or have the fan be rgb.
Sorry if that was a little too much info or if I didn’t explain right.

ive bought fans from this company before and although quiet and in my instance suitable.. do not expect any great air flow from these at all as they are not great and are locked to a set speed which is low to prevent noise.

That’s okay, I don’t need that good of airflow as im only going to have a Ryzen 1600 and an RX 470 or possibly 480
