Hello everyone,
I have a 6 TB precious media collection (my PLEX collection), which is on x4 WD RED hard drives (4TB EA) is dedicated to my plex media drive/collection. These 4 drives are in a combined drivepool using stablebit drivepool software with duplication.
However, i want a 2nd physical backup incase anything happens, so i have a WD external hard drive (6TB).
How can i have it automatically do the backing up of that entire drivepool to my external, or should i do a old school manual copy paste of everything ? i heard Crashplan is easy to use and might work ?
in addition, the files i want to backup are located on PC 1 downstairs, and im on PC 2 upstairs trying to do this backup from here, all the computers are hardwired on home network so should not have problem doing this backup even if pulling the media from PC 1 downstairs over the network to the external hard drive ? im assuming just set it as a network drive or something ?
