Need simple help with selecting a PSU between two.

Specs:

CPU: i5 4690K
GPU: MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G
RAM: GSkill 2 x 4GB
Motherboard: ASUS Z97 Pro Gamer
HDD: WD 1TB
Optical Drive: CD/DVD Writer

I need a simple help. I've selected the Seasonic S12II PSU, but the only doubt I have is that if 520W version is enough for my build or do I have to go for the 620W version or higher power versions. That's all I wanna know.

The 520 would work but I would add the extra of thr 620Watt power supply for future upgrades.
