[SOLVED] need some advice for cpu for my pc

i am building pc and i am strugling to choose cpu
my build:
gtx 1060 3gb 90$
psu Seasonic SS-500ET 80+ Bronze 500W 30$
ram 2x8gb 60%

so my budget for cpu is around 40-80$
i can buy i5 3470 for 30$
i5 2500 35$
i7 3820 for 45$
i5 2500k 50$
i7 2600 65$
i5 4460 70$
i5 4590 75$
i7 2600k 85$
i7 3770 85$
what cpu would you recomend and i am wondering what is the best buy for 50, 70, 90 $ and performace difference betwen each of those.
and is this psu good or i should take some thermaltake or cooler master
edit i am hardly tending to buy some cpu for less than 75$
