Planned Build:
ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
AX860 Corsair Platnium Rating PSU
32 GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE 1600 DDR3
RADEON R9 390 STRIX DDR5 8 GB
Corsair 100i v2 Extreme liquid CPU cooler

My question is:

Can this motherboard and cooler sufficiently accommodate for the AMD FX -9370, or should I just get an FX 8350 or 8370?

Solution
Well I personally think the 9590 and 9370 are awful, power sucking, overly hot, and incredibly unstable to all but the luckiest, CPU's. They are pretty much just a heavily overcloked fx 8300 series cpu. If there was any motherboard that would take the 9370 it would be that asus rog board, but I still would not pay close to 200 dollars for it. I would recommend an 8320, 8350, or 8370 and a cheaper 990x or 990fx board with an overclock. I love AMD as well and wish they would release zen already, but like i said that cpu is 4 years old and for the money you are planning to spend you would be better off going intel but its your money do what you want. As far as the water cooler again I think its too much money to be throwing at an older...
I have everything on the list except the mobo, cpu, and cpu liquid cooler. And, I have 500 bucks to spend.
I have been an AMD customer for years, and I just never have had the budget for Intel. I've never been disappointed by AMD performance.

Nevertheless, do you have an answer for my question?

As far as the water cooler again I think its too much money to be throwing at an older build like that, but if you have it I guess if you plan on doing some serious overcloking. You can get a pretty decent overclock with a much cheaper air cooler however.
