Well i really want to upgrade my old PC:
CPU: Amd sempron 140
RAM: 2gb ddr2 800MHz
GPU: nVidia GeForce 7025/nForce 630a
MOBO: Asrock n68-s

I use my pc mainly for Blender and playing TF2 with friends.
Its a very old pc i bought it in 2008 and its pretty fast i must say, for a single core and iGPU.
I finished the single player mode in COD4 and COD MW3 with 40 fps.
I want to upgrade it, but i dont know what to upgrade really.

Method 1:
I want to buy this mobo ''ASROCK 960GM-VGS3 FX'' that supports ACC which i can unlock my CPU hidden core. It has a 2x better GPU. It supports DDR3. In my country DDR3 is way cheaper than DDR2. The DDR3 memory is 2x better than DDR2 and may result in faster iGPU.

Method 2:
Upgrade my CPU to an Athlon X2 and buy HD 6450 gpu.

I am going to buy the parts separately for example: Buying the new mobo; save some money than buy RAM etc.
If you have a different method please tell me.

That PC is kind of outdated, if I were you, I'll upgrade almost every single part of your system to run more games. How much do you have?

all those parts are outdated now, upgrading it would of no sense, doing any kind of upgrade would not last you long ..think of it
do you have a budget and do you need any other thing like OS,display, dvd drive,..etc

Guys i am not a hardcore gamer I just want a decent upgrade just to speed up my system a bit because we are going to make a PC game and I am in charge of the 3D models. I play TF2 with fps around 70-90. I think my PC is fast enough for my things (and its fast trust me) but i really want to upgrade it.

The thing is, any upgrade you put into your current rig is relatively a waste of money.
1. New mobo and DDR3, will not bring any noticeable performance difference.
2. Going X2 and HD6450, will not bring you much either.
Your whole rig is simply too old and any cent you spend is just not worth it anymore.
It is simply time to move on.

Exception is perhaps, if you can get second-handed stuffs from eBay.
Try to find these on eBay another 2-4 GB DDR2 800 RAM , at least Phenom II X3 and HD6850/HD7770.
If you can get those above below USD150 altogether, I think it is worth it for upgrade.

Info:
I went emergency upgrade path on my old rig, somehow similar to yours.

It was (April 2008):
E5200
P5E X38
2x2GB DDR2 800
HD3850

I upgraded the rig above in January 2012 with
Q6600 (paid €60 from eBay)
Add 2x2 GB DDR2 800 (2x€20 from eBay)
HD6850 (paid for €60 from eBay)
Altogether €160

The Q6600 rig was then completely replaced in October 2014 with E3-1231V3+16GB DDR3+GTX970.

Edit: I used to have another powerful rig with i7 3770k but my bro bought it since his old Q8200 got fried.

If you think it's fast then the upgrade path that you want to take is pointless because you want to speed up that "outdated" system for a bit??? Makes no sense, most people might think about BUILDING THE NEW ONE.
