Need some good speakers for music in the £200-£250 price range.

Looking for preferably a 2.1 Speaker set up, as long as it has good highs, mids and bass, it's mostly for listening to music, but I do play games a lot and watch movies. My budget I'd like to stick close to £200 but I can go to £250.

I've looked at some Logitech speakers as well as M-Audio BX8's and Presonus Eris E8. I know these aren't 2.1 but would they offer good bass still? But preferably would like to find something that has a sub with it. Also been looking at the Corsair SP2500 anyone know if they're any good?

If i was going to buy speakers, i would get audioengine speakers like the a2+ ones. I heard a lot of good things from them. I personally want the a5+ but they are big and are over your budget.

The a2 are cheaper and also the Logitech Z623 look to get good.
