Need some help guys..

I am building a PC but i am confused with the components, do suggest me

I am going with the following :-

1) Intel 3.4 GHz LGA 1150 i3 4130 Processor*
2) G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC (F3-12800CL10S-8GBXL)
3) MSI AMD/ATI R7 260X2GD5 OCV3 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

I am confused between the intel i3-4130 and AMD fx-6300 procssor? Which one should i go for?
and suggest a good motherboard for the above rig.

always state your budget and what you plan on using the PC for mainly.

I also dont see a power supply or a case

Budget or mobo is around $60 and i have a case any mobo will fit.
Power supply f 600Watt Cooler Master.
