Need some help OC'ing E6600 with P5N32-SLI Deluxe

Ok, so I've read wusy's guide while very informative it doesn't cover my MB. I am guessing that their are people out their with this combination who have OC'd and I'm looking for advice before I give it a try (this will be my first attempt as this computer is my first build). I do have Corsair 800MHz RAM as well.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I should also add that I am only looking for a moderate OC. I was planning to take it up to 3.0GHz.
