Need some help on what to upgrade.

Yo guys, I've had my pc for a while now and its starting to run slow FPS wise in games or say a song changes on youtube it will lag me out pre bad

Just wondering if you can tell me if its the processor or the graphics card, I bought the graphics card after the pc.

Processor is: AMD A4 - 5300 APU
Graphics card is: AMD Radeon R7 200 series.

also have 6GB of RAM.

You need a platform/CPU upgrade. The A4 is a snail. After that look into a graphics card upgrade. What is the exact graphics card you have and what games/resolution/graphic settings do you play at?
