As stated in the title, im putting together a new build and have decided to go with the Ryzen 5700X chip (mostly because of advice on these forums and a current sale on newegg).

I'm really not a professional and will likely get some help, but I need some advice for a MB. A few things to keep in mind:

I will likely want to overclock my CPU.
I'm looking for ATX - this is my case which is rather big.
My budget is somewhere around or under $200.
I'm looking at spending a decent amount on a GPU (not fully decided what just yet, but i'm eyeing an RTX 3060 - my heart isn't set on it yet though)

I'm not sure about the actual differences with 3200 vs 3600 RAM, I'm looking to get most bang for my my buck but not cheap out either. Probably gonna be going 2x16gb.

I currently am using this old SSD on my current build with windows 10 installed (this might be another question, but im looking to just use that SSD and buy another one for more storage)
I'm also looking at moving over my current 750w PSU to the new build. (not sure if there'll be any compatibility issue there - again that might be another question)

The MB im looking at getting
This seems to be what im looking for, but im not 100% married to it if reasons are given for anything else. Like i said, i probably missed something and i dont know exactly what I'm doing (I havent put together a build in 10 years).

Thanks in advance for the help!

Lot of things to unfold here. Probably best to do a full build instead of just a mobo selection. What's your build budget?

Looking for built-in WiFi on the mobo? X570 isn't needed, it's main (only?) benefit is multi-GPU stuff, which you (most people) aren't going to do.

128GB SSD is a no-go. Just get a 1TB. Now is the time. Repurpose your existing SSD to external storage or something. Don't put it back in the new system.

PSU, do you know what year you bought yours? Looks like this model was launched in 2008. Probably a good time to retire that unit.

DDR4-3600 is preferable. I put a 2x16GB kit in the list below, but 2x8GB is fine.

Wow you made me a build!! Ok...well this definitely helps to get some perspective.

You're probably right to get a fresh PSU and SSD.
And yes, preferably im looking for wifi built-in to the MB.

The only issue with your list is that in im canada, so its CAD, all these links are american USD. Quite different on the canadian newegg site and the CAD amazon prices.

Oh I should add, my budget is around $1500, obviously less if I can manage to go a little less.
In CAD, the current build you suggest is around that. However it seems the video card is about double the price in CAD, from 264USD to 539CAD.

Thank you so much for your reply.

I'm seeing lots of great options from your build that I may just end up buying today actually.
I'm also interested to see what you'd suggest as a case as well, since I'm starting completely fresh.

Side question - is there some way to transfer Windows from my current SSD over to a new one? I'd like to avoid purchasing another OEM copy of windows.

No need to buy a new Windows license.

This is great, thanks for the case and fan suggestions.

Also wondering, why should I spend $60 on the CPU cooler versus something like this?

Short answer: lower temps, quieter
https://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/deepcool_as500_plus_cpu_cooler_review,9.html
The AS500Plus is in the same performance range as a Noctua NH-D15 and 240mm AIOs. Do you NEED that to cool a 5700X....probably not. But it's certainly going to outperform a Gammax400 on temps and noise.

Pretty sure the 5700X comes with a stock cooler. Can always start with that if you like. Same rules apply as above (temps/noise).
