Question Need some help, the middle fan on my gpu makes an irritating squealing noise, only as It spins.

Hiya, I have a hellhound 7900GRE and the middle fan makes some kind of squealing sound as it spins. I know that this is for sure not coil whine. If the fan's behaving that way with the card out of the box, you're best off contacting your seller and PowerColor to initiate an RMA. If the fan's giving out or is faulty out of the box, there's nothing serviceable(by you) on that card without voiding your warranty(at this moment).

I also looked into the video, just to be double sure, roll up a sheet of A4 paper into a cylinder, holding one end to your ear and the other end is used to inspect for the source of the noise. Once you've confirmed that it's the GPU's fan...you use that info/media in your email/communication with your seller/PowerColor.
