Solution
First of all, buy a case that you love.
It will be with you for a very long time.
Bust your budget for one if you need to.

I want a case with at least two front 120/140mm intake fans.
I want them filtered to keep my parts cleaner.

I would also want 160mm headroom or better for a good air cooler.
I do not like liquid cooling if it is not necessary.

Here is a CM H500 case.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Cooler-Mas...ords=cm+h500+case&qid=1587325885&sr=8-2-fkmr0
It comes with two front 200mm fans which are going to be very quiet and draw in plenty of air quietly.
RGB too.
It has 165mm available for any top cooler.
I like the Noctua nh-D15s...
Your parts can work.
I have some questions and suggestions.

1. What do you plan for a case?

2. You will need a cpu cooler.
If you have a case with 160mm headroom, I can suggest a noctua NH-D15s.

3. Instead of a small ssd for windows and a 1tb hdd, I suggest you buy a
1tb pcie ssd up front. You can always add more storage later if you need it.
If a 1tb samsung 970 evo is too expensive,
the 1tb intel 660P is cheaper. 660P is not so much slower that you would notice.

4. I7-9700K will outperform the 8700K even though it has only 8 threads vs. 12. The clock rate is much better, and that is what games need most.
It will run all cores near 5.0 depending on your luck in getting a good chip.
The intel performance maximizer app will do the overclocking for you.

5. You are paying extra for the vengeance brand and the RGB "bling"
I would not, but I prefer to spend my budget elsewhere.
You can buy 3600 speed for $80,

6. Your motherboard may be more expensive than you need.
Most any Z390 motherboard will OC reasonably well.
If you like the "bling" fine.
If you need the wifi, a cheaper motherboard with a wifi card can be a cheaper solution.

7. A balanced gamer will budget about 2x the cost of the processor for the graphics card.
You are more like 1:1
If your games are cpu centric like sims, mmo, strategy then that is appropriate.
If your games are fast action shooters, then go stronger on the graphics card.
In the USA, EVGA has a free 90 day step up trade in program in case you want to upgrade your card.
I do not know if it applies where you are.

To be honest, i don't have any case in my mind, so if you can suggest one would be great. About the cpu, i will listen to you. The other parts where I could save some money (like rams, motherboard) i would like to keep them anyway for a little aesthetic. I want to ask for a cooler aswell but i forgot. Most important, thank you for the time you took answering me.

The d15s variant is a high compatibility version of the similar D15.
It will clear tall ram like you picked, and it is offset to clear graphics cards mounted in the first pcie x16 slot.
