need some help with a new build

I've never built an intel system before.
But i wanna know of the i5 4690 (non K) will be good with my R9 fury for gaming.

I got a budget of ~ 70$ for the mobo, i will be buying the cpu used off of Ebay for about 175$
I dont really plan on changing the case, since i know it will be able to house all of my stuff but i still included it.

Im planning on building an Matx system, since im kinda tired of full atx

8gb corsair vengeance ram
Thermaltake Water 3.0 Pro (cuz i can)
Sapphire R9 fury trixx
750w psu
HDD/SSD
and a couple of fans

The 4690 should run the Fury, although it might be held back a little. I think the motherboard is a toss up, maybe use the one you like the looks of the best. They both get good reviews.

I would choose by what features you would rather have; PCI ports, sata ports, etc. And what company you want to stand behind.

and the i5 will do its job for gaming.
