need some help with minecraft.

ok i posted this about a week ago and didnt get anything so im posting again, heres the story, i used to beable to play minecraft fine (modded) and now i cant, nothing has changed on my system and i have tried changeing settings installing optifine and nothing i have even restarted my system to see if it was my GPU (which i noticed not going above 150MHz or 50% usage for some reason) and i still only get at most 5 FPS and an avergage of 1-2 FPS if im looking at the sky. i will post logs (fresh ones from today) and hope someone here can help and before you ask yes i have posted to minecraft only forums and no one knows/wont awnswer.

i have run this pack previously at decent enough frames at medium settings i havent changed anything about my computer either my specs are:
core 2 quad Q8300 @2.50GHz
12GB of DDR3 1333MHz
2 hard drives (boot drive and a hybrid drive for games etc)
AMD radeon R9 270X (with custom fan curve due to crappy heat sink)
i am running 64 bit java and allocated more ram to minecraft (no more than 6BG) i have tried over clocking my gpu and it didnt make a difference i also tried under clocking and under volting/over volting same thing no difference i put all my settings on minimal and still no improvement, i have put optifine on and put the settings to max fps etc i am now at a loss of what to do so now im here if ou want i have a few logs of me trying different things if you want them please tell me and ill post them here. thanks in advance (dont tell me to lower my render distance ive tried)

i forgot to mention in the original post that my GPU sometimes decides to crash and i think it is down to bad thermals but it has never happened on minecraft.
