Need Some Help

I have PC with this Spec:
MSI 970-A Gaming
AMD FX-8350
MSI GTX 1070 Aero ITX
RAM 8GB
PSU Bitfenix 600W

Sometimes,if using VR device and GPU become little hot...PC going blank,and power just blinking and need me to force shutdown. After that,Im trying turn on the pc again but GPU LED EZ boot on motherboard always red and PC just blank. about 30min,PC can turn on again like before and no LED red on EZ boot. Is my GPU need more power or smth?
