Need some ideas on my gaming rig

Throw some ideas my way on what i should upgrade to (parenthesizes) = What i'm willing to upgrade at the moment

AMD FX 6300 Vishera 3.5 ghz cpu (Will end up throwing a better cooler, or liquid cooler on it)
760GMA-P34 Micro ATX MSI motherboard (Willing to upgrade)
4gb ddr3 1600 memory (Getting more)
XFX R7 250 (Willing to upgrade)
Rosewill 400w PSU (Willing to upgrade)
1TB WD 7200 RPM hard drive
Skyline 07-R DIY Full ATX gaming case

I kinda need some ideas on what would be good together. This system i built all by myself. But I want to run high-ultra graphics at 1080P on any game mostly

Mobo; Asus M5a97 rev v2.0
ram: Corsair vengeance 1600mhz 2x4gb
GPu: gtx 960 (or 970 if budget allows)
Storage: 1tb Seagate SSHD (for ssd like performance)
PSu: SeaSonic S12 II 500W
