Approximate Purchase Date: Next week (but can wait for a month as well if sth awesome is coming soon)
Budget Range (including currency): 25K THB (~800 USD)
System Usage from Most to Least Important : Used for programming (Web and Mobile Development) and playing games (Battlefield V, Red Dead Redemption 2, GTA V, CS GO, NFS Heat).
Monitor: Planning to get this monitor (Samsung LC32JG54QQEXXT) (not included in this budget) - any other suggestions(<10K THB (~320 USD))???
Do you need to buy OS: No
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Banana, InvadeIT, JIB, Lazada
Location: Thailand
Overclocking : Maybe
Your Monitor Resolution: 2k @ 144hz
Additional comments: (Don't really have any parts but the above budget is for PC alone, Currently have work laptop (Asus ROG GL503G) and use it for everything, Planning to buy next week (or can wait for a month / 2).

This is my planned setup:
CPU: i5 10600 / i5 10600KF. Really confused here as I've never really overclocked a CPU, don't really know if I need it. Is if safe to take K series anyway, considering I can OC it later if needed? Also the normal version needs like 65W whereas 10600k needs 125W power. Does it increase considerable amount of electricity charge (if I use it roughly for 5-6 hours daily)?
Mother Board: Asus / MSI ? I've chosen MSI Z490 - A Pro (just for rough estimation). Should I go with ASUS instead (I really like their BIOS)? Any suggestion with similar pricing (need to support RAM below)?
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 Gb 3200 MHz. (Or should I go with 2666 / 3600 MHz?) I've seen a Linus video where he tells anything more than 3200 is a waste of money and it doesn't really make a difference but the video is from 2017. Is it still the same? Or should I use 3600 MHz? Suggestions please... Also, will update it after sometime with 32 GBs.
PSU: Corsair CV650 (80+ Bronze)
Case: Cooler Master MB511
SSD: WD 500 GB (SN550 NVME)
GPU: 1650 super (used) (~4k THB). Anything better at similar price?

I'm really confused with CPU and RAM here. Should I go with i5 10600KF (as it costs almost as same as 10600)? Does RAM speed (more than 2666 / 3200 MHz) matter now?
I really don't plan on upgrading my CPU for at least next 2-3 years, so really want to stick with proper one here. If you're going to suggest Ryzen, It costs same as Intel here in Thailand, so I see no advantage. Thank you in advance

What GPU do you suggest under $200? I'm really out of budget here. I might upgrade my GPU later but not soon.

AM using GTX 1650 Super but i use only 1080p gaming monitor with 75Hz,

So bottom-line is GTX 1650 Super is enough for 1080p gaming 144hz, but for 1440p you need RTX 2060, 5600XT and for 4K you need GTX 2080,

So if you gonna game at 1080p and max 144Hz 1650 super, 1660Ti, 1660Super, 5500XT, RX590 is enough

5500XT, 1650 super retails under 200
A gtx 1650 super won't be able to play 1440p. not even 60fps.
You said you don't play on upgrading cpu for a while, does that mean the gpu will be upgraded soon?
The ram is fine at 3200mhz.
get a better psu. that is quite a low quality unit. CV is just the updated VS series, that is the same, but with tweaks that let it have the bronze certification. its still low quality.
CX would be miles better, or any psu that is rated B or higher on the psu tier list.

As for what cpu, If the 10600kf costs the same as the non kf, get the kf. it has overclocking support, but no onboard graphics.
Since amd will probably go ddr5 in 5th gen, their next mobos wont support it. meaning intel and amd currently have the same upgrade path.

Sorry about the broken links.. I've updated them now. Ryzen 1300 just won't do for my work. And cost of Ryzen 5 3600 is almost same as i5 here. Maybe I'll save some on motherboard, but other than that, I don't see that happening.
