Need suggestion upgrade Memory

Hi There,


I have a plan to upgrade my laptop memory. My laptop type is Dell Latitude E6230.

Below is the screenshot from CPU-Z:

Currently, attached 4GB DDR3 PC12800 (800MHz). If there is possible for another slot to fill in 8GB memory?

Please, give me the good brand for memory.
What the impact for different frequency? Because As I know the 800MHz frequency for DDR2., correct me if I'm Wrong.

Memory Options: DDR3 SDRAM (1600MHz ) 2 slots supporting 2G, 4GB, 8GB DIMMs

It most likely has 2 x 2 GB units, meaning you'll want to replace both to get 8GB of Memory.
