Need tips for optimizing my PC

From the results I have from UserBenchmark, my PC performs way under compaired to other PC with the same components : https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/13603025

Seems like I have a high CPU background and probably heating issue. I removed the thermal paste recently and ordered a new SSD. I may not have the best components for heavy games, but I just want to know how to improve the state of my pc to his best potential with what I have.

I play games like League of Legends, Fortnite, GTA 5, Runescape 3, Diablo 3 and they all loose fps frequently when I play them.

Any tips is appreciated. Thanks!

Sigh, another thread with Userbenchmark as the instigator :'( Did you bother reading this? Userbenchmark isn't even supposed to be a standard followed by anyone. They have vaguely mentioned what you could do but never explain why you're going through said numbers percentile.

Now, that being said, can you please list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor + resolution:

Links to the parts would help. How old is your PSU?
