From studying the image that you posted of your disk management screen, I fear that you did not just format your Ubuntu boot partition but I think that you formatted the entire hard drive. Because of that it is might be impossible to recover your photos your self you might have to hire a data recovery specialist to recover your photos. Since you indicated that this drive is a Seagate hard drive, you can start here;

Hello when ever I try to download it just gives my a corrupt file error when downloading it

Well what happened I used to use Ubuntu but today I and went and brought a copy of windows to install on my 500GB HDD so I can then wipe ubuntu on the 1TB HDD, right, but then I accidentally formatted the boot portion of ubuntu and now ubuntu boots in the emergency grub so it's just a command line terminal, (also just to clear things up the photo's are on the broken ubuntu disk)

Alright at least that's ok, the only thing is I'm asking on how to get the photos on my windows 10 HDD

When I dual-boot Windows 10 and Ubuntu I can access my photos from either my Windows 10 installation disc or my Ubuntu installation disc. If you wiped out Ubuntu you can still access your photos through Windows. There is no problem at all. I do it all the time.

Where are your photos? What partition or disc are your photos on?

They are on the desktop however I think I put them in a folder inside another folder.... -_-

I need to access them on my windows 10 computer from my windows 10 computer

only my 500gb HDD and my spare 1TB HDD is showing up (the 1TB HDD is not my ubuntu drive)

OK, I re-read the entire thread including the original post and I studied the picture that you attached. Where are your pictures, on what drive or what partition? If I understand your situation it seems to me that you should have absolutely no problem accessing your photos from your new Windows installation.

Where are your pictures, on what drive or what partition?

You are not saying this in plain English, so let me try to understand. How many physical drives and/or partitions do you have connected? Do you have 3 separate drives, 2 one terabyte drives and one 500 gb drive?

Yup!

OK, then I see your problem. When you go into disk management in Windows 10 do you see the additional 1 terabyte drive that Ubuntu was on? If you see it there then we can walk you through the steps to assign a drive letter to that drive so that you can access that drive from Windows 10?

Sorry I must be a pain What one would it be?

It is the 4th one down on that list, the one that says 920.77 gb. The problem seems to be that that line of information that is associated with that drive also indicates that there is 100% free space on that drive, which means that in all likelihood you might have actually cleaned those photos off of that disc.

Can you try to assign a drive letter to that drive? Right click on that drive and see if you get the option to assign a drive letter. If you do not get that option there is also a back up plan, but I am going to be honest with you. Seeing that 100% free space assigned to that drive does not leave me with very much hope to retrieve those photos.

One more thing, those photos might still be on that drive so do not format that drive again or anything drastic until we try out all of the options.

The easiest way to assign a drive letter to a drive is by going to that drive in the representation of it at the bottom of the screenshot that you sent, right click and see if you can create a new simple volume.

I have to go to the store right now, so I will check back in to this thread when I get home.

Hmm the option to assign a letter to the disk is greyed out so I can't select that option, is there like a data recovery tool I can use?

As far as strictly a data recovery tool, it is best to try other options first. Can you create a bootable USB stick of Ubuntu? If you can you can run that as a live OS and then use GParted to try to access that hard drive. If you can access that hard drive explore it for any and all files and move any files that you find to another hard drive temporarily.
