These are the parts that I have now:

Antec Two Hundred Black ATX Mid Tower Computer Case – Retail

Western Digital Caviar Black WD7501AALS 750GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive -Bare Drive

Antec EarthWatts EA650 650W Continuous Power ATX12V Ver.2.2 / EPS12V version 2.91 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC "compatible with Core i7/Core i5" Power Supply - Retail

A-DATA 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model AX3U1600GB2G9-AG – Retail

These add up to $215 after shipping + MIR. I'm probably going to get a samsung lightscribe drive, which will be around 32, bringing it to $247.

This is where I don't know what to do. I will use the machine for both gaming and for photoshop / as a digital audio workstation. I can spend up to 700 total, but I prefer to spend less. Do I go for value? Phenom II x3 720 + GIGABYTE GA-MA770T-UD3P AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard? Or do I use a Phenom II x4 955 with that instead? I would like a 955, but it seems like it's still not worth it for the price, compared to the 720. Or should I get an i5? As for GFX, none of the current offerings look too good. I prefer a single card that will be able to run dx11, but the 5770 looks pretty weak and the 5850 is too expensive. I can stand waiting a bit and use my old 8400GS for a while, so I'm thinking about holding off on my GFX.

Oh, and should I get a CPU cooler? If I'm going to buy more case fans, any good buys out there?

Suggestions? Thanks guys.
