I would like a system that is able to render videos seamlessly as well as play at games at 60fps without difficulty. At this current moment it seems to freeze every so often. I was wondering whether it was worth getting a Ryzen 2700x of the mobo MSI B350M Gaming Pro Micro ATX AM4.
Here is my current setup https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/kVtZnn

Thanks in advance for the help :)

Yes, it certainly is worth it. R3 1200 was lowest Ryzen possible. Just make sure you update BIOS just before the switch https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B350M-GAMING-PRO
To get full effect, changing RAM to 2x8GB 3200MHz would help a lot.

Thanks for the quick response, Is there any other components that need to be updated that you recommend. Also is the cpu compatiable as long as I update BIOS beforehand?
