Need to install NVIDIA Codeworks for Android, requires Visual Studio.

So I'm trying to install codeworks and it requires VS 2013 or 2015. I have 2017 but I cant find older versions available anywhere.

I can't install these things. I don't think I need the visual studio one but I probably need the compile step. I'm installing this for UE4 android development. I'm not sure how to get around this with 2017 unless I just buy a subscription and get 2015 or 2013. It only needs the community version.

I ignored and it won't continue. How would I install the ISO version?

Windows 10? just need to mount the iso.
anything else need to build the iso to a dvd.
