Need to know if this will work on my mac

I have a computer that does not currently have an operating system installed on it, I am on a tight budget and came across this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yXTqz3Fd28M and was wondering if I would be able to do it on my mac because the program that is used in the video to make windows boot up on a new computer seems like it is meant for only windows computers while I only have a mac book pro.

No, my mac book has an OS, its the custom built PC I have that doesnt, when i said the only computer I have is a mac book pro I meant that it is the only working computer I would have to use to get windows on to a USB.
