Hello!
I've been having trouble with microstuttering in games for some time now and I can't for the life of me figure it out.
My hardware seems fine according to furmark/hdtune/burn-in test but something is off.
In games like CS:GO, Apex Legends, Dead Island etc it stutters, doesn't feel smooth at all, however in games like Metro and BF4 it works better.
I'm currently running my ram in 3000Mhz with the xmp profile @ 1.35V.
Is it possible voltage on cpu/ram/gpu makes my games stutter, and if so, would lowering the voltage might help?
Specs of my pc:
8700K (stock)
Corsair LPX 3000mhz
Gigabyte K3 Aorus Gaming
EVGA Supernova G2 750W
Evo 850 500gb
KFA2 1080
Another thing to add is the my bios version is the first one from 2017 when I bought my mobo, never updated my bios. Might that be of help too?
Would love to see if anyone might have an answer to this.
