is there a way to make Cursor move even Faster in Windows10 Setting's?
is there a hack or some app to make this?

Absolutely that,
I can't see how anyone can actually require faster movement from with windows even on a standard 1600dpi mouse.

I have an adjustable dpi mouse, on anything above 3200dpi it's pretty much unusable on windows desktop, a twitch will send it from one side of the screen to the other at 4000dpi.

I think the op is looking for a software solution whereas the practical option is to buy a new mouse with a higher dpi range.

Mine can do 12k. i have 2 speeds set, one at 800 and one was 1600 for my bios since it ran mouse slower, its not a problem on current PC.

Buy a mouse with adjustable rate and its own software like something from Logitech or Steelseries. I refuse to say Raze... or finish it anyway

What I have understand in the reply above is I must buy a Fast DPI mouse And there is No Hack or registry edit in windows to make the cursor move faster

NO, i did link to software that can raise DPI of mouse, I don't know if it will work. Other choice is buy a different mouse.

Absolutely brilliant mouse for that money, up there with stuff fromogitech that coats 4 or 5 times as much.
Dpi is adjustable directly from the mouse, also has rgb software which I never bothered installing.

Great buy IF you're right handed.
