[SOLVED] Need to migrate games from one OS to another

I have windows 7 installed and all my games are located on a separate slave hard drive. I have just partitioned my OS drive and installed windows 10 pro and now have dual boot. Can any one tell me if there is a way to install just the basics of the games in the win10 directory to point to games installed on separate drive or do I have to reinstall all over again!
could someone please enlighten me with good news

I have a steam account as well and some others like gtav that are not on steam I think I can sort the steam ones but gtav is the one i could do with some info on.

For Steam games, you'd just need to install a new Steam client with the new OS, and tell that client where the Steam games live on the other drive.

For your other games, no idea.
