Question need to pick one h610

i need to pickup one of these.

its 75$

another one is
2- asus prime h610 m a wifi , which is 87$

is the MSI one OK? since it doesn't have heatsink and i have no idea about VRMs?

its going to pair with a 12100f +16GB-3200 RAM.

any other suggestions in this price range is appreciated.

also , asus b660MK is 96$.

if i pick up MSI , i may be able to pair it with 12400. otherwise, 12100 is the only option

It's definitely worth to have heatsinks on vrms.
I'd avoid boards without them.

unfortunately i couldn't find it in stock on local markets.
but i believe its +100$ one, right?
