Question Need to pry open a quarantined file

Bullguard recently stole some of my saved game files and put them in quarantine, and i'm completely unable to access them. they don't even show up on the antivirus for resoration. it has locked them in a .bin file that I can't open. how would i break into the file to get my stuff back?
