Need to update ndis.sys (Network Driver Interface Specification) due to Latency.

I have a problem with latency that causes audio dropouts and clicks with audio interface (pro-audio). The LatencyMon reports that driver/device causing latency is my network ndis.sys (Network Driver Interface Specification) and Direct X driver. I disabled Bluetooth and WiFi in BIOS. Now the only network adapter I have is Intel Ethernet connection version 12.13.17.7. the Latency is very significant, going all the way across the screen in red zone. Is there any way I can update this driver? It says I have the latest driver when I search for it from "Update Driver" options. Thank you.

The LatencyMon is a program that checks latency and tells what drivers cause latency and CPU interruption. It points to my network ndis.sys (Network Driver Interface Specification) and Direct X driver. This is a long thread discussing the latency and my system, I just trying to figure out how to resolve this particular driver issue. Thank you.
