Need To Upgrade CPU Cooler

My current cpu cooler NZt havok 140 i think it is called , is a piece of shit

One of the fans was running way to fast since i got it and making so much noise so i took it of now the other fan on the other side of it the rubber bands that hold it in place one broke and the other is about to break P.S DO NOT get this cooler it is crap. And easy to install cause im not that experienced installing cpu coolers

So i need to get a new cooler , can anyone tell me what a good cpu cooler would be , one that's good and not to loud , i cant stand the noise so i want a good quiet cooler that isn`t to expensive.

I only want to get a air cooler so no liquid cooling etc

And one that is compatible with my motherboard which is - P8Z68-v/ Gen 3

Cooler master 212 Evo is a great value buy. If you want really quiet then Noctua: NH-U12S.

The Raijintek Themis is nice. Cheaper than the 212 evo. Equal or better. Easier to install.

The only thing I hate about it is the stupid rubber fan mounts that can be annoying.
