Need to upgrade my CPU

Processor AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor

Memory (RAM) 8.00 GB

Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760

Power Supply: CX500 (500WATT)

Hard Drive: 465GB, 256 SSD

What should I focus on upgrading? I was thinking of buying the AMD FX8350 Black Edition 8 Core Processor and leaving it at that as I don't really care about running games at 1000FPS on highest settings but I do want to enjoy them on good settings.
Most importantly do you think its important I upgrade my motherboard or for a casual gamer like me is mine ok?
