[SOLVED] Need upgrade of components.

Hey guys,

The main components of my system are out dated and am looking to purchase some new parts currently running and keep a few old ones, I also want to update to windows 11 which I can't do at the moment:

Intel Core i5 4690k
ASRock z97 Anniversary
16gb DDR3 1600MHZ
ASUS TUF-RTX2060-6G-GAMING
PSU I believe is a thermaltake 750w (modular).

Thinking of changing the MOBO, CPU and RAM plus probably need a cpu cooler (not Liquid), looking around the $1000 mark but can go over.
Any help would be greatful.

What's the primary purpose of the PC? General purpose/browsing? Gaming?

What specific task does it need to be strong on?

Certain games at high resolution? Scientific calculations? Huge Excel spreadsheets?

Overclocking intentions?

Are you OK with integrated graphics?

Is that PSU 6 or 7 years old?

Primary purpose gaming
Games mainly played at 1080p
Integrated graphics already have a rtx 2060
7 years old
Just need to up grade whats neccessary in order to play games and do normal stuff with some future proofing.

I would change that PSU too unless its a recent top tier unit. Also since you have not specified the case, do check for cooler clearance...
