Need Urgent Help With Win7 Drivers! (Non Present)

I have a problem, I have installed windows 7 on my lenovo pc with intel i3, 8gb ram, and intel graphics. I successfully installed the correct graphics driver and i still cannot find which driver for ethernet/lan networking i need, none have worked, and for realtek driver it says device cannot be found? Please Help!!

Go to Lenovo's Support site , and click on Detect My Product. Agree to the T & C. Download Service Bridge. This tool should find the most current drivers for your system.
