I am about to get a raise and promotion and my wife said I can get a new card . I can spend about 400-450 on i play wow overwatch world of warships would love to get max settings on all smoothly please and thank you if in the wrong place I'm sorry.

well for 400-450 there's only one card to get: the GTX 1070

not really.
teh Rx480 8 GB is significantly cheaper but significantly slower
the 1080 is 600$ and another step up

there's not much of a competition in the high end GPU market since AMD hasn't released any cards in that segment in over a year
